15 Day Replacement Policy
At G’s Exotic Finches, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase and every bird to find a safe, happy home. That’s why we offer a 15-day replacement policy on all birds purchased from us.
If, for any reason, you need to return your bird within 15 days of purchase, you are eligible for a free replacement bird of the same species (or similar value, if agreed upon).
Replacements are free, with a flat $80 shipping fee applied to cover shipping costs.
To ensure fairness, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original bird as well as the shipping of the replacement. This is because shipping and handling are managed by third-party carriers, and G’s Exotic Finches cannot be held liable for issues caused during transit.
All returned birds must be in good health and cared for properly during the 15-day period. Proof of proper care may be requested prior to issuing a replacement.
This policy applies only to live bird purchases and does not extend to accessories, cages, or supplies.
